At morning-To loose our weight,firstly we drink at morning boiled water of 1 
                             glass nd after two hours we can eat 1 bowl of preech(Daliya).we can avoid
                             chapatti,but only one time in whole day we can eat chapaati.we can eat only 
                             less protein food.
